Chippawa Boat Ramp & Naisbitt Parkette — Attraction in Niagara Falls

It's a beautiful river and place to boat. Here is my issue. I have been here 2 times on my seadoo now. I have been respectful both times; adhering to the 12km no wake speed limit. Basically in the speed zone I stick to under 10km/hr. In the other areas I'm always respectfull to other boaters i.e.: fishers and canoes by slowing down as I pass. Unfortunately there are some people in this world who are just miserable and like to bully people. I drove by one angry man shaking his head when I waved at him. He told me "you guys can't be speeding around here". I don't recall speeding or causing any disruptful wake or being disrespectful. In addition you do not own this water way and maybe focus on the people actually causing the problems. Again today as I am approaching the marina the "no wake 12km/hr zone", someone decides to wave me down and yell "no wake slow down" I respectfully advised that I was doing far under the 12km per hour under the posted limit and causing little disruption in my little seadoo. This angry man says well wait till you see the wake on my boat doing 12 km/hr. Makes no sense since his boat was basically a yacht and I was going under the 12km limit. Come in people; know when to point the finger and when not to act flippant towards other respectfull boaters. I will keep coming back because it is my right to enjoy the water just as much as...

Stopped by after breakfast in this area. Just over the bridge and rirn right on main Street straight ahead.

cutest little spot. we came by around 6am for a morning swim and the calmness of the area was just ethereal. its just a little river but something about the stillness of the morning here was so relaxing 👍👍we ended up getting coffee and coming right back but just sat at the dock. lots of parking and picnic tables to sit and seats right...
