Woodhouse Gallery and Custom Framing — Attraction in Ontario

I was deeply disappointed with the service when I took my needlework picture in. Upon picking it up the first time, Jim had reversed the colour mattes and proceeded to argue that it was right. After assuring him that it was wrong and asked him to check the order, and he saw he made a mistake. Tried to give a $20 discount to leave it but I wanted what I had ordered. He changed the mattes around but now he left marks on the picture that were visible and when I mentioned it, he lied and said they had always been there which was not true. My experience with Jim and the Woodhouse Gallery was excellent. He took a lot of time going through the various framing options with me until we found the perfect solution. My picture is a 30" X 40" canvas painting. He called me a couple of days later to explain that the canvas wasn't square and wanted me to be aware of some details before he went ahead.
