Omg omg!! Oh what fun!!! My family and I went on a day it was snowing but not too cold and it was perfect! We’ve also been snow tubing at a place in Toronto and it was no match to this place! The set up to get people up the hill is quick and efficient and you really get your money’s worth! We only did snow tubing due to having young kids but we still had an absolute blast and will definitely come back! My only improvement would be for them to find a way to connect the tubes when multiple people slide together. There were some instances in which 2 tubes were connected by a rope, but most were singles. I saw a few accidents (including my family) where people accidentally slide down without the rest of the group due to someone’s legs slipping, causing a collision at the bottom. Another incident happened where a child accident went down with no tube at all as the parent was holding on tightly to the tube and somehow the child slipped out. Definitely scary and unsafe, so that would be the main improvement to make it better.

Went to Montreal for a winter vacation and deciding to drive up to Piedmont for some snow tubing. There are a few places to do this in the area, but this place would be tough to beat. I went with my wife and 2 kids, 7 and 11. The 7 year old was under the 52” height requirement, but it didn’t matter. We did a 4 hour pass for tubing only and it was great. My son and I tried the black Diamond runs, which were fun, but it is a walk. We ended up doing the novice and intermediate runs as a family almost the entire time and had a lot of fun. We did 3pm to 7pm, and the crowd started clearing out around 5:30, so we were able to get a lot of runs in at the end. The whole thing cost USD 110 for the 4 of us, which I thought was a great price for an afternoon of fun. Definitely recommend.

This places is awesome, they have different type of snowtubing activities. The parking is close to the amusement area. The service are great and there are 6 different type of activities. Regular tub slides, rafting, tornade, Vortex360 and bobsleigh. However, the last two are not suitable for kids. If plan to go with kids buy either 2 or 4 hours but only the pack of the first three activities. The last activity yo mention is the helicopter ride which is made for 3 people max and cost 90CAD. Important information, take snow pants and snow googles, you will enjoy even more your adventure.

So it took 40 minutes to get inside. And I guess what I really mean is "through the gate"... the whole thing was outside. It was freezing. They stay open until 5pm on sunday(edited), but the canteen closea at 4 PM. The reason for the low rating is mostly based on my experience inside the canteen. Spent 2 hours in line for food. My son, who is five, was having a hard time keeping his mask on for that long. Lucky for us there was an ancient mask guardian working. I believe her sole responsability is to enforce the mask wearing inside. She came up to my son, with no introsuction or acknowlesgement to me, poked him in the chest and told him to pull his mask up over his nose. I am not sure who told her she had the authority to touch other peoples children without consent, or speak down to them. But I will tell you this, if we had not been waiting in line for 2 hours already and almost at the cash to order, she would have seen another side of me. It is never, never acceptable to touch someone elses child especially when you do not even know them, for ANY reason. I understand her job, but if this was a grown man, would she walk up and poke them as well? One would hope not... So my order was finally taken, but before I could finish my order I was being rushed down the line. The kitchen closed sign went up as my order was being taken. 32 dollars for 2 hotdogs, a hamburger, fries (no salt) and a slushie. After waiting another 20 minutes for my order, had to fight with the caahier for my drinks included in my trio... the mask karen was back, telling a friend we were with to pull up his mask. This lady grabs his arm and starts rubbing his back! .. so much for physical distancing. Get outside, because not allowed to eat inside, and they put not 1 condiment on any of the food. Not even ketchup. They dont tell you they dont either. If course by then the kitchen was closed. We went down the hill 3 times. The canteen took up 2.5 hours of our 4 hour timeslot. At 40 dollars a person for 4 hours.. plus another 20 each for food... not worth it. Would probably not bother going back. And that lady should be fired. You never put hands...

Let me start with we had a lot of fun doing this, kids had a blast. But a few things that aren't evident on the website. Firstly, there is a lot of walking and climbing. They have lifts to take you 2/3 up the tubing hill, but the last third to the biggest runs, is yours to climb, while carrying your tube.

Secondly, the fancy stuff (toboggan, bob sled, etc) might not be open when the rest opens up...but your timed lift ticket starts when it's printed. When we went, the fancy side of the hill didn't open for fully 30 mins after the hill opened, so that very expensive time got burned...for which we got an apology but not anything else.

Next, refer back to lots of walking, for the toboggans, bob sleds, tornado, vortex, the thing that moves them from the top of the lift to the start of the run is you, anywhere from 20m to 50m depending on which lane they tell you to take. The equipment is big and heavy and if you roll with a bunch of kids then you have some serious pushing to do! And again at the bottom, when the thing stops you then push it the last 30m back to the start.

Lastly, the toboggan, vortex, tornado and bob sled are very slow on a warmer day. The staff seemed a bit sheepish about this, the bob sled was especially bad. You pay a lot more to do all that stuff, but after trying it all, we wound up just going back to tubing - it's way faster, you get a lot more runs in the time, you have to carry the tube but they don't weigh much.

Fun, but they could be more honest about this stuff! We might have arrived 30 minutes later, we might not have payed for the full package, we might not have dressed as warm given the uphill...

If I can give them less than 1 star I would. I was there with 6 members of my family who all purchased tickets. Personally for me (who was not able to go on the tube runs because I was watching my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter (so her parents and the rest of the family can go on the slides) it was the worst experience ever. You aren't even allowed to stand and watch your family come down or even walk near where you enter after purchasing your tickets. There's security everywhere , for what??? Security comes up to you like a prisoner (you would think that you were doing something wrong) to tell you that you can only stay in this enclosed side area if you haven't purchased a ticket (even though you are not going on the slides). You aren't able to see anything and you feel like you are being treated like a herd of animals in this pen while the rest of your group is paying good money to access the slides. It's craziness ! Not only that, but their prices are very expensive. For all the money that they are charging and making on their ticket prices, they don't even have the decency to offer wifi in their chalet for the individuals who are left behind not being able to use the slides. Will NEVER return to this establishment!! If we would have known about this we would have chosen to go to a different establishment for sure. This is not good business practices. It's actually DISGUSTING and the owner is money hungry! PEOPLE...
