Tubing fun. 3 zones for children and adults. Bring goggles and make sure your foreheads are covered! I absolutely stress BRING GOGGLES. You will be eating lots of snow, especially if it's snowing. The parking lot is very close to the entrance so you can use your automobile to change into your snow pants and also as a lunch room, since no changing areas are available with the covid restrictions in place. The fireplaces are also not working both inside and out. Access to the washrooms and a room to get out of the cold also available but both are limited so you might have to wait a little bit. There is also a small wooden 2 floor house, kids can play in located near the main entrance. Right next to the house are 2 black tube structures where kids slide through. Nothing special but it's something for the younger kids. Although only one is not steep enough for anyone to slide. Went with a 5yr old. After 2 hours he was ready to go home. Fun experience for the family.

2/2 second review. So far situation has change, renting equipment is much easier less chaos and pretty much smoother. Staff is great, you can see they are passionate about their jobs. Of course I'll come back next year. This review is based on my first visit. It's was chaotic, this was my son's first ski lessons. Waiting time to pickup equipment was long, some people were waiting for over 50min to rent their equipment. We wait something like 25min cause it was for lessons. Staff was overrun by the volume of customers. However, the lessons were good, the instructor was kind and patience. We will go back for more lessons, hoping that this waiting time was an extraordinary situation.

We where a large group of 1st timers skiing ages 6 through 34. We took multiple instructors which we reserved beforehand. The instructors where really nice and patient and we had a really good time and would definitely go back skiing again! We did have one accident on the bunny hills where a kid not from our group got the go ahead from his dad and the mountain was not clear and he lost balance and wiped one adult on the way. Everyone heard the bang and a minor concussion followed that. If anything they need to have an employee giving the all clear for newbies to go down the hill only when it’s empty!

We are from Ontario and went to Quebec over Christmas break. We visited Olympia, saint Sauveur and Avillia. Overall it was a great experience, lots of runs, small enough to give the kids some freedom! Our last night, New Year’s Day our family decided to go night skiing. We arrived bought our passes and promptly got in line. 2 of the 4 passes wouldn’t work to get on the lift. The lifty was really rude to my husband implying that our passes were expired, like we were scamming the hill. We explained we just bought them, there were people lined behind us, he barely let my husband in to turn around to go get the passes sorted out. We went back to the booth. The person remembered us and our purchase, he wasn’t sure what to do. He spend 5-7 mins trying to figure it out then called someone, explained the situation and had to send us inside to customer service. We went in, the lady was nice and all but once again trying to Figure out why this happened. 25 mins later she made us a rain check to get us on the hill. Honestly we didn’t care why it happened. They knew we just bought tickets. Fix the passes and get us back on the hill. A real drag for our last night. We lost our friends in the process. Fixing the why, should be what they work on when we are not...

L’employé a par contre commencé à me crier dessus. Ensuite, il m’a dit exactement ceci: “GO READ THE FREAKING SIGN, C’EST PAS BEN COMPLIQUÉ OSTI” et ensuite “CÂLISSE POURQUOI TU ME FAIT DE L’ATTITUDE”. Je me sentais attaquée. Pauvre petite fille. L’ambiance de mon expérience était vraiment désagréable. Même les autres clients étaient irrespectueux envers notre école....
