Read moreWe've been here 3 times so far, and each time it somehow gets better. The food is Quebec on a plate. Everything is sourced as locally as possible, working with small producers and farms. The creativity of the food is remarkable, but the concept never sacrifices flavor.
I recommend putting your meal in the hands of the knowledgeable and wonderful staff. This last time, we sat at the bar and our experience was orchestrated by our server. She put together a series of small plates based on our likes, and everything was just perfect.

Our bar seating over-looked the kitchen, where we watched the (only!) two chefs working skillfully. Our server recommended great wines and was attentive. The menu is hard to decipher, with items such as "mushrooms with strawberries", so unless you like a surprise, it is best to get clarification. I wish the bread had been fresh, and not very toasted (or that the menu called it "toast" and not "bread").
