Terra Nova Rural Park Farm Centre — Attraction in Richmond

This park farm is a true hidden gem.

Pro: 1- The place is located in Richmond where the land gets more sun than Vancouver relatively. 2- the farm is relatively bigger than I used to see in Vancouver 3- next to it there is another a non governmental initiative farm for feeding the ones in need. 4- the kids play ground is nearby

Cons: 1- Limited parking spots given the large space , it get really busy in the weekends 2- lots of natural creatures are hanging around waiting to try out some of the crops, you might need to protect your plants by adding some measures like chicken fence.

All in all is a very nice place to learn farming in a family friendly place.

This is a great spot to come and unwind for the daily stresses of life. Very peaceful trails to walk. I come out and photograph the birds and other wildlife throught out the year.
