Subway — Restaurant in Richmond

They don’t make the sandwiches according to the brand standards. This is a low class subway (in terms of how they make the sandwiches) but looks really nice.

Also for some reason if you order steak and cheese not toasted they refuse to heat up the steak, and then when they finally did, they put half the cheese before they toasted the steak (instead of how they normally heat it up) and then wanted to put more cheese and heat it up again. (Cheese would have been crispy)

Anyways I ended up so frustrated with how bad this subway is I ended up leaving. Have never done that in the hundreds of times I’ve eaten at subway.

MOLD ON BREAD!! Major Hazard terrible subway. red flags right away as when I entered the subway at lunch 12:00 on a Friday the only staff member was hiding in the back. When I got home I found that the bread was not only dry, stale and off in color, there was also mold. When I called the store the "manager" said that it is impossible for bread to be moldy as he baked it fresh this morning. When I asked for a six inch he randomly grabbed a piece of bread from the back (a weird nub of bread) rather than slicing a footlong sub in half. he offered to give me a new sandwich on my next visit even when I requested my money back as I had to throw away the sandwich. Wish I could give this place a 0 star...

I recently visited the Subway in Terra Nova Plaza at 8am and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, making my morning brighter. The environment was spotless, adding to the pleasant dining atmosphere. I tried the Canucks Classic, which was very tasty, and the ham in the Great Canadian Club was excellent.
