We purchased the day pass for Bora park not realizing that the $40 plus taxes pass is only valid for 4 hours from noon-4pm. We thought the park was open from noon-4pm, then closed for one hour for supper and open again from 5pm-9pm. We tried calling twice the day before our visit to ask if we could bring a cooler and to check if we could arrive at 2pm and leave at 4 and then come back at 5 but both times the call was cut after keeping us on hold for 20 plus minutes.

We have a 20 month old who takes a nap daily at 12pm and we live 2 hours drive from bora park so we decided to start driving at noon so baby could sleep in the car, arrive at bora by 2pm, spend a couple of hours there, eat supper and then spend a couple more hours in the evening before heading to the Quebec City hotel around 7pm. We arrived at the park at 2:30. The lady at the front desk at the hotel told us to go to the outside park because thatโ€™s the only park open. I told my husband our passes are for indoor park as it was raining and cold outside. He went back in to check and realized he was given incorrect information.

By the time we reached the park entrance it was 3pm. The guy at the entrance stopped us to tell us we can only use the park for an hour and we cannot come back in the evening. I told him that I didnโ€™t realize it was a 12pm-4pm pass and could we please switch it to 5pm-9pm. He checked but the evening slot was full so I asked if we could switch to the following day. He said he would check with the manager but he was sure it could be done. The manager came and spoke with us very rudely. Her name was Sonya. She said that she would make an exception and go over covid numbers allowed to let us in the evening if we paid another full price of tickets, so loose the first set of tickets without using them or refund and pay again full price and then sheโ€™ll overrule the covid number of people allowed. She refused to even refund for the locker we didnโ€™t use or the deposit paid. She just kept pushing for us to pay for 2 more tickets to use the park in the evening.

I left in tears. I was planning a winter vacation at valcatier for tubing and hotel stay but now just the thought of this hotel gives me anxiety. Stay away from this place if you donโ€™t want to be insulted and robbed and if you want to be treated...

Driving from Montreal to Quebec City on a sunny Sunday morning, I did not know what to expect when I got to the Bora Parc. It was my first time and I just wanted to enjoy playing in water after a long winter. I was hoping Bora Parc would be that spot of fun I needed without feeling cold. The reception area was clean. The adjoining locker rooms were just as clean considering that a high volume of "people" traffic flowed through. (I was not expecting so many people to rock up for water fun.) The shower and locker areas were in well lit rooms. The changing and showering facilities were not awkward. My family, consisting of older and younger teenagers adjusted intuitively. (Ample soap dispensers and continuously cleaned areas helped as we stepped out as well.) The changing area lead into the water park. The first impression you have as you enter the park is the surprisingly overwhelming odour of chlorine that hits your nostils. It takes a few minutes to adjust. I just found the odour everywhere. Despite that, I was looking for water fun and I found it. The adrenaline packed rides were fun. The group raft ride aptly name the Tribu was a great event; my kids and I jumped on it a couple of time and enjoyed yelling at the top of our lungs. Despite all the fun ride, the surprise for me was the exceptional customer service. The young people supporting your "fun" experiences were very well trained, behaved respectfully with every and were support to your well being. I told my spectacles over a ride (silly me!). These young people really took the time to find my spectacles after the rides closed for the day. I was really impressed with their patience and helpfulness. But most importantly, I found their helpfulness genuine. This experience has touched me. I don't see such human genuineness in a commercial enterprise often. This is how a business wins hearts. Have good people going out of the way to help people. (Montreal could learn from such customer service excellence.) Keep up the good work team. Overall, my family and I had a great experience. It was worth the drive up and it certainly renewed my spirit after a very chilly winter indeed! I'm looking forward to visiting them this summer and experiencing the outdoor water...

went there last week of June. The park was empty even if I paid the high season price. The Bora bora is a small indoor water park but with many slide in such a small space. The building is in steel and windowless. It fell more like a school gym than an escape to a paradise. You need to bring your own towel because at the price it's not include. I think you can rent them for 10$ a piece but it was cheaper to buy new one before getting there.

They are open only 3 hrs a the time. We were there from 8:30 to 11:30. At that point everybody leave for their 90 minute lunch break. After that you have to buy new ticket if you want to go back.Even if I only had towels in my bag, I had to pay 10$ for a locker. There are shelf but they are for group only (4 people is not a group).

The main difference between this park and all the other one a went to is the quantity of stupid rule the rude personnel are enforcing. I wear sport prescription glasses. You can not wear them in the easy slide. You need a bungee to "hold" them even if your head is not even wet after the ride. you cannot hold your phone and film during the slide (not even in the wave pool) it's way too dangerous. You need a gopro with a harness. I was not able to slide alone in the double tube. you can flip at the end and get wet !!!. In one ride, they ask to keep your leg straight doing so, there is a pile of feet at the center. To prevent that, I just bend my knee a little. I was told to keep my leg straight or to get out of the raft because it was the rule. My son was even told to hold the handle in the lazy river. I felt like they were mad at us because they had to come to work that morning. In a way it was a good thing, the kids didn't complain when we had to leave after only 3 hrs.

I don't usually write review but the one I read are so different from my experience I decided to write one. There is even some that visited (they claim) many month before the...

Great indoor water park! Come prepared! We visited for the first time in March 2025. We bought the evening pass because the day pass was sold out due to spring break and we thought there would be less kids during the evening. The added benefit was the lower cost per ticket. Here are some of the important details: 1. No food is allowed in the parc, so it will have to stay in the locker room area. 2. Lockers are an additional $15 plus tax and are pretty much a necessity 3. Everyone must take a soapy shower before entering the park to get rid of lotions, gels etc 4. Get there early... the evening pass starts at 5pm but they open the doors around 4:15pm so everyone can get dressed and get in line to get inside. 5. DO NOT PAY FOR A PRIVATE CABANA. Absolutely not worth the $109. Basic seats, no loungers, not worth it at all... 6. Bring your own towel!!! They are NOT provided. And some sandals! 7. Buy your tickets in advance! They sell out during the busy season. There is a hot tub on the top level near the restaurant but there is a time limit because there is a line to get in. The slides were awesome and the not so lazy river was fun too. The water temperature was perfect too. As adults, we stayed for 2 hours and it was more than enough to have some fun. We didn't take pictures because we left our phones locked away (didn't want to worry about them while swimming etc... All in all a great indoor park.

Arrive 30 minutes before opening and wait in line after changing into your swim suit. Run with your kids directly to the back of the park to the lazy river, this attraction will fill up so fast you will expect to wait 1.5hr in line. You can't bring anything except a towel inside so prepare to store everything in the lockers. It gets full really fast, so show up early and go on the best rides first. The king room is spacious and clean, very clean bathroom and bath tub, they don't offer cleaning room service, you have to do it yourself no matter how many days you stay, you trade your towels for clean ones. There are no complimentary toiletries, the shampoo and bath gel dispenser is integrated in the tub, bring your own conditioner and shower cap, they do have a hair dryer. The mini fridge is a good size, it's empty on arrival. Single use Kraig coffee machine is available. Good access to jacks at the table to plug in electronics. The cabinets in bedroom have a small closet next to each bed but no hangers, so bring your own if u want to hang things and not just put them in the 4 spacious chest of drawers. 2 tvs, one in living room and one in bedroom, offers Tubi ..etc free apps, smart TV. The spa is fantastic, hot and cold options, steam and dry sauna. Nice super warm indoor outdoor pool. Towels and robe included that u must return upon exiting.
