We started our walk at the Fort Creek entrance. This is a lovely scenic trail that is paved and easy to walk on. There are lots of scenic vantage points on the bridges that overlook the flowing creeks underneath. A lovely spot to explore on the Rowswell Hub trail

It had bridges where you could see breathtaking terrain. Trails well groomed for walking, jogging, biking. People respectful. Made me appreciate the beauty of nature. Less crowded at 8 pm although one has to be cautious of bears. Snacked on some berries

This hub trail circles Sault Ste Marie. Each section is different for various reasons. This is the Fort Creek section that takes you over ravines and small bridges and I think the most scenic.

In All of our travels doing the Superior Circle tour in Canada, the very worst experience we had was the John Rowswell Hub trail loop thru Sault St. Marie, Ontario. (Not talking about the nature trail part at Fort Creek, but the bike trial...I mean "trail") Only 15% of this was picturesque. The rest points to the urban renewal needed in this town. Every major turn you need to follow is unmarked. We got lost 12 times due to lack of markings. Even the Ontario Tourist Information office had no map for it. The maps online are just grainy pictures.
