Sportscenter Bar & Grill Ltd — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

My wife and I are at the Sault hospital with a newborn preemie in the neonatal intensive care unit. She has to feed him at certain times and keep a schedule. I call for a pizza, 45 min wait time on a Sunday evening. That's a little long but no big deal lots of time to eat once it gets here. An hour an 10 minutes goes by, still no pizza. I call. Sorry we're really busy it's on the way out now. Call again after we've been waiting 1 and a half hours. Hey man where's my pizza? Sorry it's leaving right now I'll put a discount on it. So you lied to me okay. 1 hour 50 minutes goes by pizza finally arrives. Without a discount. My wife's late to feed our son at this point. Call them and get some snobby * on the phone saying it's not their fault and the pizza was already gone so they couldn't discount it. Okay so you guys lie to your customers as well. Gotcha. My wife's not eating cold pizza. Gave the delivery guy $5 for wasting his time and told her where to go.

I was a chef for a decade. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Your food is sub par except for your pizza, that was the only thing worth ordering from you guys. Not for an almost 2 hour wait tho.

My wife and I attended sports center on their wing night. We arrived around 4:10pm and ordered a ofround 4:20. I asked the waitress if I was allowed to order in two flavours to which she said of course. We checked out at 4:55pm only to see she charged us standard price for wings. I pointed out the mistake and she said they only change the price at 430pm. 2 things

1. you should tell your customers that when they order.
2. at 4:55pm you shouldn't straight face say we only honour that price after 430pm without more explanation.

Fries are not fresh cut and poutine is small. Burger wasn't bad but nothing special. All in all, this isn't where you wanna spend your money. There's lots of much better food for the $78.00 we spent on a dinner for...

November 18th, 2024 .. My husband and I had a Birthday party for my sister ...16 people. We ordered pizzas and wings for everyone which were excellent. Wings came with various sauces and everything was hot. The tables were set up when we arrived. We brought our own decorations and a cake which they kept cold for us. Whitney was so helpful and very pleasant with meeting our needs and worked the bar seamlessly. All the workers are great! Food is great! Perfect place for a casual BD party or any other party. Many thanks! Also washrooms are very clean.
