Such a beautiful place to relax out from all chaos and traffic not to much people over there i love to spend my time here whenever i feel too much stressed out i come here and its so much soothing, i am so happy its so close to my home , and i really appreciate that city just keep this place so clean and separate place for fishing, and the water is pretty clean too birds over there enhance your experience its just too much nature , if someone wants to explore more nature one can dive into trailing while on foot or can even rent a municipal cycle there that's pretty cheap and enjoy for the whole day, and also if anyone is interested in kiak there is something to do there i am not sure if they rent it or not but yeah you can bring your own kiak and enjoy. But remember there you cannot use the shore as a beach i don't think that we can swim there and assume it as a beach to keep the water clean city has kept some regulations to follow , so yeah thats my feedback, its a pretty good place to go and see a sunset you will really enjoy it and also there is a go train ๐ track nearby explore that too see the fast oace train passing by you i did...

Finding such a special place so close to the city is like hitting the jackpot! The park has a vast area of unique reeds, which are pretty rare to see in Toronto, making it feel like stepping into a dreamy movie scene.
Whatโs even better is that right next to the reeds is an incredibly clean beach. You can literally roll around on the sand without worrying about getting dirty. There are plenty of people fishing in the lake, and you can spot various aquatic animals and birds, with swans gracefully swimming by. The whole place feels like a natural zoo, except the admission is free!
If you get a chance, you must visit this park. Itโs truly a hidden gem close to home. I canโt wait to go back, and who knows, maybe next time Iโll have a chat with a...

Not only an excellent, clean beach with sand leading to the water (as opposed to pebbles), it has a wide walkway that can easily accommodate bicycles AND pedestrians for about 2 KM, has an interesting bridge to cross over that brings one to an elevated vantage point of the main beach area and is literally steps away from another town- you will find a sign that says "Welcome to Pickering" steps from the elevated vantage point. It is fun to sit under the train bypass and experience a train pass by only 4M overhead.
So much to take in visually. A safe (but professionally un monitored) place to swim. Free parking. With a fishing license, many may catch dinner.
Do know the Pickering Nuclear Station is within view of this beach, so you may be having Fission Chips for dinner. I wish I could upload videos as I took a...
