Great place to unwind! It is accessible by TTC bus all days of the week during summer. It's a big park wherein you can enjoy your whole day with lots of activities like picnicking and beaching. I went there to skip spending my day in my four-cornered room. I walked around the Green Pond, Bluffer's Park Outlook and Jaison's Round. In the pond, I saw a herons but too far from me. If you got a DSLR camera, it's nice to capture pictures in this place. Some do painting here. My favorite area was the Green Pond where water lilies are. But every place in the park has its own beauty. Next time I'll try going to the last station of the bus, Bluffer's Park Beach. I'm curious how it looks. I saw a lot of people walking to that side when I visited the Bluffer's Park. Don't miss this place when autumn comes too. There's also special TTC bus trip. It was autumn when I first came and I fell in love with...
Read moreIts a nice park and you can stroll along the water. The bluffs are beautiful. There’s a nice little beach, marina and everyones having a good time.
Getting to this park was a pain. During the summers, the parking at the park gets full quickly and the police block the road so that people don’t park along the street and cause congestion. A lot of people are asked to park elsewhere or come back to check if there is parking after half hour. We had to walk a mile from our car to get to the park.
Also it is really confusing where to go to get a view of the bluffs as google maps has a lot of lookout points marked. Initially we drove to a different place all altogether cause the maps said it was a lookout point. Research well before so that you don’t have to make an...
Read moreBeautiful place. Never mind hearing about the weirdos their everywhere. Very cool look out. Lots of parking near boat launch and even near the beach side but be quick cus that parking fills quickly. Parking near the restaurant and cafe bar $2 every half hour can pay by cash or card. There’s some garbage so if you’re going clean up after yourself pls there’s enough trash on the floor and they have tons of garbage bins and recycling bins. And tons of wild life. Gorgeous birds and ferrets. And for you fishing guys the boat launch is very clear water and no fish but there is an untreated water pond in the Center of the park with fat chunky carp. Don’t forget your worms and sweet corn. They love it. Just walk half way to the Center of the walkway...
