I am beyond livid about the level of customer service I just received at this Branch. I had an appointment today for 4:30pm, which I ended arriving at for 4:11pm. I waited and waited and waited for the advisor I had to call me in for my appointment, however he did not. Mind you, I didnāt know it was him at the time, but I watched this advisor pass me multiple times, go to other peopleās offices and not even greet me. Especially when he should have been keeping an eye out considering that his appointment could be walking in any minute. Almost 10 minutes passed and a woman sees me waiting and raises her voice and says to someone in their office (towards the end, at the right), āThere is a customer waiting! Please go and help her!ā She then goes in the back. Whoever that person was, he never came and helped me. I then shortly after hear the advisor in his office laugh and say āYouāre lying, youāre lying.ā I have no idea what he was talking about, but clearly he didnāt have a customer in his office, so he could have helped me. Really, any of the advisors could have helped me except for one, as I only saw one advisor with an actual client in their office. Nearly 10 minutes pass by and this ONE and only staff, who was on his way out, acknowledges me. A Black man with long hair and denim jeans. I then tell him who my appointment is with, he goes to the back and then comes back and tells me that he told my advisor and he will be with me soon. Can you believe another 10 minutes go by and my advisor still did not come and get me? And I was the ONLY person waiting in that seating area. Thereās absolutely no excuse for this happening. NONE. I am now extremely upset and the next person that walks out of their office I tell them Iāve been waiting for about 20 mins, itās now past my appointment and I need to see someone immediately. I tell her it does not need to be my advisor, someone else can help me. She then asks who my advisor is and I tell her. She then goes into his office, and lo and behold 5 seconds later she walks out and my advisor calls me in. I was quiet throughout that appointment. I have never been so angry dealing with such a small transaction in and out transaction. He apologized for having me wait. I said your colleague told me he informed you I was waiting. My advisor then said he thought someone else had helped me. He also said he was not told, when I witnessed his colleague go in the background. This was just insane! His office is the second one from that waiting area. It takes nothing to see me there. And again, I was the only one there. I go in the office at 4:36pm and I leave at 4:39. What I went in for took three minutes. It always does. Yet my advisor had me waiting about half an hour. Itās not like I was waiting in line to deal with a banking transaction, I had an appointment that always takes 2 mins. At the end he asked if thereās anything else he could help with and I asked to speak with the manager. Never in all my years at TD have I experienced the lowest of the lowest customer service. Even just to be acknowledged and greeted took over 10 minutes. Something like that should take seconds. For TD standards, and anywhere else for that matter, that is low. And for several advisors to go in and out of that back room without acknowledging the front is beyond me. They did not even take a glance at the waiting/seating area. Never could I get away with this at my job and I know none of you reading this could get away with this at yours. I will never do my banking at this location ever again. This is and will be the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer Service š¤¬, not a good experience in the branch either and the people who work here.
I opened an All inclusive account and applied for a credit card which took them almost 1.5 months to dispatch from the date of approval š.
When I called the branch person, said its problem with Credit card team & delays from Canada post. But when I call the credit card department they said its problem with the branch who did not submitted my application and holded for atleast a month from the date of approval.
I donāt know whom to blame here and even they do not have a good process to provide complaints like these so that they can work on fixing them. Probably they donāt want to improve there customer experience š
I am closing all my accounts with TD and recommend others to think alot before opening one....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTHE WORST TD BRANCH EVER!
The way I was asked to verify as an account owner is soo ridiculous. I provided my license ID and I was able to provide an OTP but I was still asked the dumbest questions.
I canāt believe I was asked How do you get your money? Where do you use your money for? What is the purpose of your account? Where do I work and the name of my work place? Like really???
Whoever that employee with a Garg last name, probably a supervisor or manager, should really learn more about customer privacy and verification; better do more training on the job.
This is the only TD branch have ever asked me these such inappropriate questions.
Other TD branches are way better on how they verify customersā account.
Never coming back to this branch...
