Eggs, sausage and bread, is a pretty basic thing. You got to be a pretty bad chef to mess up an egg over easy. They did a good job. The portions were fair and not a rip off like most restaurants these days after the pandemic. The bottomless cup of coffee was served upon asking for a top up and then quite frequently after the first ask. The food came out very quickly and was fresh and hot. Their home fries are really good!! Moist and crispy! However, the inside of the restaurant could use a little facelift. It's clean but it feels like you're eating in a bus terminal and/or in a hallway. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible and houses an old outdated newspaper stand, that has no purpose being there. It feels like an obstruction and ruins the entrance and experience. They could use a little design expertise to make the first impression a welcoming encounter. Eggsmart Breakfast for 2 with 2 coffees $36. I could make it at home for $10 or maybe less. Ordered the pancakes and coffee 2 for 1 deal through uber today. Pancakes tasted delicious so fluffy and you get 3. They offer free cinnamon or powdered sugar on top, if you want other toppings you will pay more. We also received 2 syrups and 2 butters each. The deal was $10.99 for pancakes and $2.99 for coffee deal. Was so hungry forgot to take a picture but it's a great deal and we really enjoyed the breakfast

Update Tried the new 2 for 1 deal blueberry pancakes, very delicious enjoyed very much. Coffee was not so good, your take out cups leak badly...lid doesn't fit well and leaks from the seams. You should test it yourself this is happening to me at multiple eggsmarts. See pic.

Update Ordered 2 for 1 cheddar bacon omlette deals. Eggs so overcooked and like rubber. Didn't see any bacon at all included. So disappointed both meals tasted terrible. What's happened at your location? Even the home fries were hard and tasted old. Not worth the 2 for 1 deal if this is how your chef...
