I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from this business. First of all, they clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. The staff are indifferent, give dismissive answers to questions, and prefer to ignore problems instead of finding solutions. The quality of the products and services is also far below expectations. The item I ordered arrived late and was packaged carelessly. Despite the visible damage on the product, they refused to take any responsibility.

The prices are higher compared to similar services on the market, yet the value you receive is almost zero. You pay money but get no reliability, no quality, and no professionalism in return. Communication is also a major issue. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and emails are either answered weeks later or not answered at all.

My overall experience was completely negative, and I will definitely never use this business again. I strongly advise others not to shop here in order to avoid the same disappointment. There are far more reliable, customer-focused, and professional...

As a wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of working at the Toronto Hunt Club on several occasions, and it's truly one of the best wedding venues in the city. I was there as a guest to play twilight hours on a Thursday. I was asked to leave not by the staff member (who delivered) the news but by my friend who is a member of the club. The staff member walked within 3 meters of me but (I guess) did not have the courage to let me know directly. Funny thing is the reason for me being asked to leave is because I was wearing cargo shorts...same pair as I have worn for my 3 previous visits. So point being if you are a guest and planning to play a round of golf do not wear CARGO SHORTS...the club and course are immaculate by the way...I cant give a high rating though because I came a long way to be sent packing as indirectly...
