Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

if i could give this tim hortons zero stars i would. i went in a couple weeks ago and ordered potato wedges. that’s it. the lady told me they had them so i ordered, paid, and waited. i was literally standing there for like 15 minutes while people who ordered after me were getting their food. so i asked her what was going on and she goes “oh yeah sorry we didn’t have enough potato wedges so i just gave you a few and added a hashbrown instead.” like what??? first of all that’s not what i ordered, and second you made me wait that long just to give me something else without even asking. i didn’t even get refunded or anything because i was already late for work from waiting so long.

then today i went again (mainly because it’s the closest one to my work) and ordered a crispy chicken craveable. i asked for the sauce on the side because i walk back to work and don’t want it to get soggy. i’ve done this before and they never charged me, but now apparently they charge for it. like i’m not asking for extra sauce, i’m literally just asking to have it on the side. how does that make sense.

and then after waiting another 10 minutes the same lady comes up and goes “sorry what are you waiting for?” like maybe the food you took my order for?? this place is just so badly run. if i had any other option i would never come here. the tims down by the fresh co and mcdonald’s is way better. this location is...

honestly I have never experienced a tim's as bad as this location. every time i've came here the past year (which is at least a couple times a week) they have gotten something about my order wrong. they never have anything in stock somehow, and they don't warm up the food that is supposed to come warm. it's genuinely ridiculous how poorly most tim's have been run the past couple years but this tim's truly takes it to a different level. every time I come here i'm expecting them to get something wrong and they never fail to meet those standards haha. my order isn't even difficult, I ask for a plain bagel and get a sesame. or I ask for a bagel with cream cheese and they forget the cheese?! my boyfriend had to explain to one of the workers what cream cheese was. once we ordered a chocolate dip and got chocolate glazed. idk why hire people that clearly don't know or learn the menu. not to mention how hot it is in there since they have NO ac , and how it's never clean. I also have no idea why there are so many positive reviews, because every time i'm there someone is upset with their order. I completely understand if someone new is working, or if someone gets something wrong ONE or even TWO or THREE times but every time I come since last year, it's the same 5 people working. I am writing this review straight to the store owner.

I came at your store on May 24, 2025 in the evening. I asked the store associate(who is South Asian, most probably Indian in her early 20s) very politely if I could you the bathroom. Her reply was bit rude as she replied that to me that I needed a key. I asked her if I could get that key. She said that there was someone in the bathroom.

Since, there were 2 bathroom and store was packed with people i waited for approximately 10 mins outside the bathrooms. I asked again to the same associate that if other bathroom was occupied. Her reply was extremely rude and cold as she said to me that I’ve to check by myself. I understood that very well.

However, I’ve myself worked at the Tim Hortons for a while but can you please teach your employee some customer service skills, courtesy and politeness on how to deal with the customers.

Her rude behaviour made me and my friends feel awkward and we walked out...
