The Scottish Cultural Centre was the perfect venue for our wedding. Darryl was amazing—super organized, detailed, and responsive from start to finish. The venue is versatile, spacious, and fully equipped with a bar and industrial kitchen. We loved that we could bring in our own catering, alcohol, and decor. They were also flexible with setup/takedown, allowing us to store items the day before and pick them up the day after. The flat rate from 9am to 1am gave us more than enough time. Harrison and Carlos were also a pleasure to work with—professional and easygoing. We especially loved being able to install our own ceiling lights with no hassle. Highly recommend this venue for any event! Thank you again to the Scottish Cultural Centre team!

We hosted our wedding reception at the Scottish Cultural Centre and it was amazing. Loads of room, a bar area, and kitchen facilities. Very helpful staff. There is a sound system with projector and lighting which made presentation of our slide show and the MCs job easy. If you are looking for a chandler or decorations we have stuff to rent. Color changing LEDs bulbs in the chandler can be set to any colour

Had a wonderful time. The music and entertainment were awesome. The buffet was true Scottish fare and so delicious. It was catered by 5 star catering in Cloverdale. Great organization. Everything was perfect.

UPDATE: Thank you for your kind message. Sorry to hear about your troubles. Yes she didn’t seem very nice and we saw her get into her car. I mentioned it to my partner and he wasn’t very pleased but I’m happy you were able to reach out to me. So I can add to this original review. I do hope to come down again when I’m nearby for a wee chat. I appreciate your reaching out. Regards, Autumn.

-original posting below - We came here on a Saturday . Actually today to come in and get information but as I opened the door a lady walked past asking her colleague “why is it people are always coming through”. My goodness! Such hospitable people and I just opened the door. Sadly I was the opposite of a wee bit chuffed. So we just politely said “ok we won’t come in” and left. Maybe it’s because I look Asian and not from the Highlands, but yknow, there are Asian people in Scotland. Maybe next...
