I'm amazed this place is still in business. They literally rob their customers by charging them a huge amount of money and then not even giving the customer what they paid for. The manager lady at the front won't help you at all either if your massage girl scams you. She will tell you that's between you and her and she can't get involved (then what's the point of having a manager if they won't even manage their employees??). I went there a long time ago and the girl offered to go topless for $50 extra, I said okay, she only took off her shirt for like 3 minutes and then put it back on and refused to take it off again. It was also very dark in the room and I could barely even see her and I asked her to turn on the lights more and she refused to do that too. It feels like they don't even care about making sure their customers have a good time. And oh yeah, they will always kick you out early too. They make you shower before and after your massage so all that showering and changing takes 20 minutes out of your massage time (your 50-minute massage will only be 30-minutes of actual massage and the rest is the mandatory showering and changing). I guess they don't need repeat customers because they are still making tons of money ripping off new unsuspecting people who come in. It's like PT Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute!" I wonder if eventually they will have such a bad reputation that their business will start to decrease. Then they will probably just move to a different location under a new name and start again with the same MO. Trust me guys, they won't give you a good massage, get a girlfriend who cares about you. Someone who doesn't care about you won't give you a good massage, and the girls in this place obviously hate their job because they put in minimal effort and kick you out as soon...

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs.

I came in after seeing a promotion online for a 30-minute massage for $67 which clearly stated that it included the tip. When I arrived, they acknowledged the promotion and agreed to the price without any issue.

About 10 minutes into the massage, the therapist started hounding me for an extra tip. I told her that we had already agreed on the price before starting, but she kept pressuring me during the session. She even started shaming me and gave me constant attitude after I refused. It was incredibly uncomfortable and completely ruined the experience.

The massage itself was awful. She was elbowing me sideways right into my spine in a way that felt painful and totally unprofessional. Her technique around the neck and shoulders was just as bad and made it obvious she had no real training. I felt more tense after the massage than I did before it started. This place is a complete disappointment.

The promotion may look like a good deal at first, but it is misleading and the quality of service is terrible. I regret going and would not recommend this...

Very poor i don't know how this place is running and nobody says something about it. Me and my two friends went for a massage. I don't know they don't know the meaning of a full body massage or what but it was pathetic . I am not blaming the brand for this but the staff was probably untrained or whatever but it was a horrible experience . Only reason to write the review is to make a point to owners that service needs to be improved .
