horrible customer service experience, do not sign me up for a membership if i did not ask to sign up for one nor say yes. the employee just upfront told me that i will get a membership and started signing me up without asking me if i wanted one. they should ask if customers would like to sign up for one instead, to avoid the discomfort of telling them to stop signing you up bcoz you don’t want one. as well as repetitively asking you if you are doing ok, one time is enough, jesus just wait for customers to ask you for help if they need any, there is no need to keep pestering over and over again. an older lady employee asked me over and over when other employee had already asked me and told me the rules. should pay more...
