Huge park with three football field worth of shareable space. Lots of parking available, public washroom, brand new dual water fountain, andd the playground has finally finished as of late 2021 so that is exciting.

I would like to add it would be a five star if there were more benches and trash cans for such a huge park. There is only two currently, and a lot of people litter as it is so far to get from 1 to the other. Often times in the Spring/Summer they are overflowing. Also, a brand new water fountain as the current one doesn't always work or it is really gross.

Please take your trash with you if you can't walk there and clean up after pets...

Great park built perfectly into the sloped landscape. It consists of 3 field-size plateaus that roll steeply down to the next (solid beginner sled hills for young ones when we get snow). A line of large, old trees divide the park into it's 3 respective fields, and the whole park is bordered by healthy cherry blossom trees that produce crazy amounts of flowers every year (late March/early April). Finally, there are only 6 or 7 benches around the whole park, but they're usually available..

The fields are used daily throughout the spring, summer, and early fall for various...

I love this park! It is a whole block of green space. It's a 3 tiered park so there is much space for people to do different activities at the same time like playing frisbee or soccer, having a picnic, dog-walking, without feeling crowded. Each tier is lined with trees and there are benches by the shady areas for those who want to just sit and relax. There's nothing grand about Winona Park but I consider this as one of my "happy places" because I enjoy the peace and fresh air I don't get from the most popular and...

Nice park to spent time with kids. We had fun sledding when it snowed this weekend. The kids play area is small when compared to the size of the park. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Some area in the park can get muddy after rain. I play throwing balls with my son during sunny days. There is good street parking available in the Columbia St. There are some constructions going on around the area and can be disturbing sometimes. Overall a good park to spent an hour or two.

A popular park in the city, for team games/sports, kids and walking around. It is three parks on one. There are three distinct areas on three levels. It is a large park. Teams play here football, ultimate freesbee and soccer. There are beautiful large trees. The street on the west side, Yukon Street, has beautiful cherry trees. The display in spring is awesome. The park makes the area quiet and desirable.
