Marine Gateway is a well-designed, vibrant urban hub in South Vancouver that brings together shopping, dining, entertainment, and residential living in one convenient location. Situated right above the Marine Drive SkyTrain station, it offers easy access to downtown, Richmond, and the airport, making it incredibly accessible whether you're driving, commuting, or biking. The development features a good mix of retail stores, including a grocery store, pharmacy, and multiple quick-service food options that are perfect for both residents and people on the go. You’ll find popular chains like Starbucks and Tim Hortons alongside sushi spots, bubble tea shops, and other casual eateries that cater to different tastes. The Cineplex cinema is a standout feature, offering a great movie experience with modern seating and a variety of screening formats, including UltraAVX. It’s a popular destination for families and groups of friends looking for a convenient night out. The area is clean and feels safe, with a steady flow of foot traffic during the day and evening. There's also a public plaza that occasionally hosts community events and seasonal displays, adding to the atmosphere. Parking can sometimes be a bit tight, especially during peak hours, but the convenience of public transit helps offset that issue. Overall, Marine Gateway is a lively and practical spot that adds real value to the neighborhood.

This vibrant place has been designed for urban living and work office along with the standard size mall, this area has a direct access to CanadaLine for Airport and Richmond, On the other side to Downtown. There are lots of stores like T&T Supermarket, Winners. There is CinePlex Theatre, TD Canada Trust, ScotiaBank. Pizza stores like Fresh Slice and Panago. Lots of cars showroom like Nissan, KIA and Honda are on the walking distance. There is a starting point bus stop for Multi Route along with Sky Train Station plus Camble and Marine Drive intersection that makes it highly congested and slow to get out.

Marine Gateway is a super convenient little hub in South Vancouver. It’s right next to the SkyTrain station, so it’s really easy to get to, whether you’re heading there for a quick meal, a movie, or just passing through. There’s a nice mix of restaurants and fast food options, a grocery store, and of course, the Cineplex which is perfect for casual movie nights. It’s not a huge complex, but it’s clean, well-maintained, and has just enough of everything to make it a go-to spot for locals. Great place to hang out for a few hours — grab a bite, catch a film, or run errands without having to go far.

A tight knit little shopping centre. A full variety of services and venues. In particular A&W has proven to be an anchor resteraunt and more importantly.... There COFFEE service ,blend and quality outshines Starbucks 10 fold. Guess what 4.65 for a tall coffee at Starbucks...but wait.....I to used to be a Starbuck babe. Starbucks quality ,quantity and Lack of any service from there staff is only out shined by the fact we're paying 4.65 for a burnt flavored coffee which ....well we might as well go to Tim Hortens ( double , double ) cause there they know how to pour a coffee ..Starbucks adding there ideal of sugar and cream charging twice what Tim's does... Not once have I had an enjoyable experience period with Star Bucks since the 'we serve it our way' policy at the onslot of Covid.. and back to where I began ...the same size is served at A&W FOR 1/3rd Tim's price. Twice the service of Starbucks , no pretense and the first sipp.......perfect. A new treat for me was the strawberry cream shake. Pounded that delicious rich shake back just while I waited for my...

It is not a good idea to drive here. I was going to a movie, paid for 2.5 hours parking since the movie was 2.5 hours long. I think it’s really ridiculous because they are charging customers parking fee. Like come on, we are spending money there. Did you see Metrotown charge parking? Did you see Richmond center charge parking? Did you see Tsawwassen Mills charge parking? Did you see Guildford town center charged parking? Did you see McAuthorGlen outlet charge parking? I can tell you more if you want to know more. Turned out the movie went a little longer than 2.5 hours and i even didn’t stay for the credit rolling. I rushed down and I received a ticket. I guess this mall just expect customers to leave the movie while parking is due. I guess this mall really don’t want those driving customers to enjoy their experience at this mall. I guess this mall just don’t care about their customers AT ALL. I don’t suggest you to go if you decide to drive. I personally will not return to this mall anymore. Really...
