Hot Yoga Wellness Concord — A Love Letter in Sweat and Paper I came here to find peace, flexibility, and maybe a new core. I left drenched, humbled, and slightly addicted. Let’s get one thing out of the way: the classes are legit. The heat hits you like a warm slap in the face (in the best way), the instructors are present without being preachy, and the flow always feels intentional — challenging without being punishing. The space? Clean. Calm. Slightly spiritual without forcing incense up your nose. It’s got that “I’m about to get my life together” kind of vibe. And the people? Chill crowd. No ego. Just folks trying not to pass out while mastering Warrior II. Now — yes, they still use paper sign-in sheets, and the website looks like it was coded on a Nokia. But once you’re in the room, none of that matters. Your spine is melting, your thoughts are slowing down, and for 60–90 minutes, you’re not doomscrolling or overthinking — you’re just breathing. And sweating. A lot. This place isn’t flashy. It’s not a bougie studio with branded mats and eucalyptus mists. It’s raw, grounded, and exactly what most people need. Real yoga. Real heat. Real results. Would I change the tech? Sure. Would I go back tomorrow even if I had to fax my waiver in? Also yes. Hot Yoga Wellness Concord: where your inner peace has to fight your outer sweat — and wins.

I've been attending hot yoga classes at Hot Yoga & Wellness for about two weeks now, and I absolutely love it! Before coming here, I tried other studios like Yoga Tree, but they just didn’t meet my expectations. The experience at Hot Yoga & Wellness is on a whole different level. The instructors here are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. They guide you through each session with expertise, making sure everyone feels comfortable and challenged at the same time. The studio itself is spotless and very well-maintained, which adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, there’s a really calming and welcoming vibe. It feels like a space where you can just relax and focus on yourself. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to try hot yoga or switch things up—you’ll have a great experience!

A month ago, I decided to try an aerial yoga class, and it's been fantastic. The first 30 minutes involve a gentle warm-up using the fabric, guided by an exceptional instructor who accommodates everyone's needs with precision and care. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive, ensuring each person feels confident and capable. We then move into fun and dynamic poses. I never thought I could achieve these, but thanks to her guidance, I mastered them all in a month. The class is fun, not intimidating, and definitely worth trying!

0/5 stars This is the first review I have ever written but I felt the need to share it since I feel strongly about the how I was mistreated. I signed up for the Thursday class at 7pm and looking forward to try a hot yoga class. After a 40 minute drive since it was the closest to my home location, I arrived 5 minutes late and I was blocked by a middle aged Caucasian man. He said I was 5 minutes late and I cannot enter the class, which I did not disagree with. Then he proceeded to bombard me with questions about; where I live, who I am, why I am here, my experience with yoga, why I don’t go somewhere else, but when it came to questions about; why I have a Groupon and why I don’t buy a membership then when the interrogation became inappropriate and borderline disrespectful. This man obviously had something against me; if it was my coupon, my lack of paid membership, gender or colour of my skin. I answered all his questions as he continued to make me feel uncomfortable for being in the Hot Yoga Studio. I asked him if I could sign the waiver to save time and he said no, and come back in an hour. I found it strange that he would not tell me to sit down in the small lounge and wait for the next class. I felt forced out of the studio and waited in the car for about 60 minutes. The extreme cold weather warning was lifted that morning but it was still cold. I returned back into the studio at 8:10pm and there was a young guy in front of me speaking to the same man. He was telling the young guy he should go somewhere else to another location for hot yoga. I didn’t think further, but though it was strange. I got up to the counter and the man just looked at me as if I shouldn’t be there and I was a stranger. I explained I was in earlier and was told to return for the 8:30pm class. He gave me the Waiver to complete which I handed back to him. The interrogation began again, he went through every letter I wrote and questioned me on it. Then he went behind his desk and said pay $5. I asked, what is the reason for the charge is since it’s not on the Groupon deal. I also added, I have never had to pay extra for any Groupon offers other than tax. He became very defensive and demanded his $5. I asked if he could explain the charge, and he replied, it’s for his register and he is the only one that charges for it. Basically take it or leave it and he does not have to explain further. I asked for a copy of my waiver and he refused. He said he does not have any means of copying it and when I said I can take a photo with my photo he became confused. By this time the negative energy and bullying was extremely uncomfortable. I agreed to get the money from the car and as I was leaving an instructor stopped me and asked me if everything was ok. I explained, the man is very rude and he is demanding $5 with no valid explanation. Then the man stuck his head into our conversation and shouted to me, ‘pay or get out!’ At that point, I did not want to attend the class and the man named: JACOB further proved to be bad-mannered and ignorant. It is a shame that he is the face of Hot Yoga Wellness with his bias and discourteous demeanour that should not be tolerated. In sum, Jacob successfully destroyed my energy and any peace or benefit I could achieve through Hot Yoga. I wasted my night on what should have been a relaxing centred experience through Yoga but had to deal with Jacob who promoted his prejudice. I would never recommend Hot Yoga Wellness or any affiliation with Jacob behind the desk. He truly brings down the name and reputation of Hot Yoga and its partners. I have bought a few deals from Groupon and have always been pleased in the past, however with this experience I am very...

Hot Yoga Wellness Concord — A Love Letter in Sweat and Paper

I came here to find peace, flexibility, and maybe a new core.

A lot.

Not recommended to everyone who want to relax unless you are prepared a day will be ruined 😔

I wish I could give -10 star to this shop. TL;DR !!!!! don't be late even just 1 min. Otherwise you will be LOCKED out of the door and to be CHARGED!!!!!!!!!🤬😡

I book via Classpass APP for a 60 mins hot yoga class. They didn't put ANY instructions there about preparation time/ late arrangement. It would be much more fair to say in advance for any late attendees(even just 2 mins)!

I waited out side at 17:32 and knocked the door but no one at the door so I just can call the number. A man picked the phone and ask which location am I. I answered everything, and turns out he said I was late to class after 3 mins conversation. And he said he has no choice to cancel my reservation and going to CHARGE me 18 dollars for no showing

WTH?! Is it fair enough to treat customer like this? I didn't have any thoughts on any exercise place would so harsh to people.

This is really a bad experience and I don't want everyone will suffer the same thing again. Please don't...
