We used to go to many different wild wings and this location was one we would visit from time to time but the experience we had yesterday has made us decide to not come to this location anymore. We went for the tuesday special which has always been half price wings day and it used to come with celery and carrots. I can understand due to covid and things getting expensive they removed the celery and carrots which is no big deal. At some point it looks like they also changed the deal to must buy a drink to get half price. That's also fine. My issue is the lack of transparency and poor customer service.
We ordered 2 ciders and 4 wing singles. First off the tables were so wobbly 1 whole glass of cider and water spilt. This is an issue with the table. I had to ask for a replacement (good customer service would have the sense to apologize and immediately replace the drink). When we got the bill we were charged full price for everything.
When I went to go ask the server said for Tuesday you need to state you are having the special to get the deal. Since when? To me that seems to be deceitful and non transparent to your customer to just try to charge full price for those who dont ask or check the bill.
Two of the more senior servers seemed apologetic but at that point this already left a bad taste in our mouth. The manager came out and said to give the discount as long as we get 2 more drinks. I clearly said 2 more ciders and my dad mentioned a pop but I said no 2 ciders.the waitress brought out a pop and a cider not listening to instructions. For me this act feels more and more like "trying to save money" but to be honest it's more a loss of a customer who would visit this location. Im not sure if the management changed but all the staff yesterday looked different from the previous staff as well. This experience was a huge sign to ensure never to visit this location. Treat your customers with care and they will come back to give you more business.

I was just organizing my receipts over the weekend and noticed the refund didn't complete. The receipt says transaction not completed and I checked my bank transactions and no returns were made. My partner ordered me a pound of Caribbean Jerk wings on Monday, May 22nd after 11 pm.
Upon arrival a young lady welcomed him briefly and was then ignored by a male worker sitting in the customer area on his phone.
He proceeded to glance at my partner, look away and continue to finish his conversation before getting the order to bring to my partner.
Upon trying the wings, although Carribean Jerk was ordered, the wings were sweet BBQ.
My partner inquired about the wrong order, to which instead of being changed, a bunch of Caribbean Jerk sauce was dumped on top of the same sweet BBQ wings.
Extra sauce was asked for on the side. When we noticed the side sauce and wing sauce differed, my partner asked for it to be changed. The worker proceeded to stick his nose into the box, sniff it, and say “this is Caribbean Jerk”. No. It was not.
In conclusion he went to the back and instead of changing the actual wings he sniffed with his nose, a bunch of Caribbean Jerk sauce was dumped on top of the same sweet BBQ wings.

Read moreThis place was horrible. My server was rude, unknowledgeable about the menu, and overall disinterested. The service was extremely slow, and we were the only people in the restaurant. The food I ordered was not even the same food that I received and they did not serve the vegetables and dip even though it was on my bill. At the end of the meal I was too frustrated to care to complain about the vegetables and I ended up tipping my server a standard 15%. That of which she complained about to another server which was extremely unprofessional and rude, as she should of received nothing. My drink was unfilled throughout my whole meal and my server spent the whole time talking to other employees behind the bar. When I contacted the manager about this problem I received a short message offering me a complimentary meal, that of which is useless as I do not live in the area, or desire to return to this restaurant.
