I went with my two kids. Traveled 40 mins. Paid $79 for 90 mins for the All You Can Play Family Bundle Pass. The only other options are the VR pass only and the birthday party packages. None state that they include the claw or prize machines. We stayed about 30 mins. It was an extremely disappointing experience and a waste of gas/money. One of the games was not working which should had been stated on their website. Most of the games are shooting games with the exception of two race games, one basketball game, one air hockey game, and one VR ski game. All that’s left are the claw and prize machines which are not included. However, should be included for that price and the lack of available games. In addition, the lady had to micro-manage the games—standing by each one, handling the equipment, and starting them—except for the air hockey, basketball, and one of the racing games. I believe I should be entitled to a partial refund for what I paid. However, that’s just how I feel. All I know is that I will not ever be...
Read moreI visited this location today with my girlfriend and paid over $103 (including tax) for one hour of VR access and 20 tokens each. Unfortunately, the experience was very underwhelming.
The selection of VR games was extremely limited—only two or three titles, each with slight variations in maps. We found ourselves bored within 20 minutes. Many of the arcade machines were either malfunctioning or in poor condition. For example, the air hockey table was held together with tape, the basketball game had a low ceiling that interfered with play, and the water shooting game didn’t function at all.
Additionally, the VR headsets were difficult to use. Most lacked proper adjustment settings and relied on worn Velcro straps that didn’t hold securely, making it nearly impossible to calibrate them properly.
Overall, this was the most disappointing VR arcade experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning unless significant improvements are made to the equipment and...
Read moreGreat place for date night! We enjoyed games from all of the VR machines, though my fav was the zombie game on the Treadmill and the three skiing games on the hoverboard, we had a lot of fun competing and teaming up with eachother! We bought 2 VR passes that gives you unlimited VR experience, we ended up spending about an hour and half just for the VR, then spent an extra $20 for tokens to try to triple screen car simulator and some of the arcades. Five star service to the staff who were always around helping and explaining/giving instructions for the VR games. Highly...
