The volunteers who work here have a bad attitude, are racist and mean. My roommate who wants to help me worry that she can't go out with COVID-19 asks for an test box, and by the way, get one for myself. When I took my roommate and I's student cards to ask for them, she asked me why I had two student cards, and interrupted me directly before I finished explaining, saying that I could only take one. But I still said thank you. The girl volunteer pretended not to hear, didn't make any response, and glared at me with very offensive eyes. Read moreGreat indoor place to buy food and hang out. Can get quite noisy and crowded around lunch time though... There's a Subway, a Mexican eatery, sandwiches, pizza, a Tim Hortons across the hallway in the adjacent building and a convenience store near Tim. There's a pretty good used book store, a dental clinic & pharmacy and a UW book store too, that's not to mention a CIBC bank that's open until 6 PM on some days :) and a place to buy tickets for intercity transport!! These all add up to a very useful square of the uni itself... It only lacks a bit of modernization, some of the walkways in the basement level are rather dingy, but I its getting a facelift...
