Smoothies are normally not blended thoroughly, but the taste is pretty good. The low star rating is because of how slow they are. On average it takes anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes to get a smoothie after placing your order. They have about 3 employees working at once, with 3 blenders, but they only use 1 of the blenders, which is one of the reasons it takes so long.
