Great little public beach with a proper parking lot and bathrooms. We came here to snorkel and it did not disappoint. If you swim out to the reef it is quite amazing. On the way to the reef we saw 3 Eagle Rays and some smaller coral formations but once you reach the reef itself it is incredible. Colorful fish and healthy reef as far as the eye can see. We saw several large fish and a puffer hiding under a coral formation. The wind is a bit strong and the current can be strong in a few parts on the way out to the reef but it is fine for any average swimmer.
Tip: The Eagle Rays we saw were hanging out in the deeper area (~10-15') about a third of the way out between the beach and the reef. If you hang out there for a few minutes on the way out to the reef you might spot them swimming low and slow...
