A small but convenient temple to visit in Coloane is the Sam Seng Kong Temple which is located just behind the Lord Stow's bakery and recently opened garden cafe in Coloane Village.
Here you will see a small structure typical of temples built during the Qing Dynasty. It is a single grey-brick hall, fronted with two lion figures. Inside, there is a small alter with deities, a table with offering and incense. There are a few wall decorations, door painting, and traditional ceiling beams.
Note: This is just 1 minute walk from the main roundabout, bus and taxi drop off point in Coloane. You can conveniently see and take pictures if you like in 3-5 minutes before moving onward to other intended sightseeing...
