泰興棧美食 TAI HENG CHAN — Restaurant in Coloane

This place is feels underrated. The food here is actually pretty good. We had the roasted chicken and Portuguese baked chicken, (my apologies for the ugly photo of the dish since I ate it before I took a photo). The sauce was seasoned well….albeit a tad too thick. The coconut flavor didn’t come through but They do not skimp on the Turmeric. They also use bone in pieces of chicken. Flavor wise I’d give it a 3.5* but portions are huge. The highlight of dinner was The roast chicken, it had the crispiest crackliest skin. The man next to us had a steak dinner which looks legit to the photos of the menus here. He devoured it as well. We recently visited Coloane for a quick meal after a long absence. With several new dining options in the area, we settled on trying this particular restaurant. The food offered excellent value for the price, with a diverse selection available on the menu. Opting for a straightforward meal due to time constraints, we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors. My family enjoys coming here and so I had to give it a try to. I’m always down for a breakfast platter which is what I got & it came with a drink. My family got pork chop sandwiches , which is a must here in Macau, & also got a classic breakfast item which is macaroni soup.

This place also has very Western style dishes like steak and/or lamb chops. Definitely wanna try these other...
