Drop by now and again to buy beauty products, has a good selection of branded items. Store is not massive but you can buy your essentials. Generally the staff here are helpful and friendly. On the last two occasions I visited, the same member of staff approached me (maybe she didn't realise it was me before she approached me the second time but she sure remembers me as she mentioned that I "tested the products" before - and her point is??), initially trying to be helpful, advising on products however when I started asking various questions - all related to the product she seems to not exactly know how to answer and actually gets confused with what she is saying like she advises just for the sake of advising but her answers are not entirely accurate. I like to take my time when testing cosmetics so I can get an accurate indication of what I am buying and if the colour is really suitable for me. But the lady watches like a hawk and just hurries you like she's pushing you to buy products on a whim. I would say HK staffs are a lot less worse than they were, say back in the day where they follow you around the shop and just sell, sell, sell! However this lady I had the pleasure of encountering twice!! has a negative vibe about her and appears to be frustrated with genuine questions that would be helpful to me and my decision of making a purchase.
