Gaia Veggie Shop — Restaurant in Sha Tin District

GaiaVeggie is a vegetarian restaurant which has six branches around the city including this place on 3/F of the MOSTown shopping mall in Ma On Shan. They have a fair sized indoor seating area. You can do take-away and delivery in the area as well. The menu is an extensive selection of traditional Cantonese style vegetarian dishes that are reasonably priced and of nice portion sizes.

I've ordered from GaiaVeggie a handful of times in recent years. Six piece sweet potato samosa is pretty good, not too greasy and of good taste. Also found the Italian style dumplings served with cheese and black truffles to be better than expected. Recently had a very good order of fried rice with black truffle. Silky bean curd with salt & pepper is a pretty good order as well.

Overall, this was a causal but good vegetarian meal, something worth a try if you are in Hong Kong and in search of vegetarian friendly...

It had been a while since I last visited Gaia Veggie Shop, and today’s visit came with a pleasant surprise! Two of us ordered two dishes: Veggie Fish Fillet in Sour Sichuan Soup and Fish Tofu Pot. Both were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making the experience even better. During the afternoon tea session, there was a 50% discount on the dishes, which was a great deal, though the tea at $15 per person felt a bit pricey.

Overall, it’s a solid choice for a delicious vegetarian meal in a welcoming setting. Definitely worth a try for...

Really like this new location. I've tried it a year ago. Ever since , it's been the best one out of all of its location. Not sure if anyone of u have noticed. The staff here are the nicest too compared to other locations.

Really enjoy the cleanliness . But portions became a bit smaller since last year. But it's still better than other locations.

Their new dishes are really good too like the pollen cutlet...
