A small local shop that has been open for over 2 decades. Noodles are authentic. Signature dishes are hot & spicy chicken (as snack or on noodles), preserved vegetable and minced pork noodles, deep-fried stinky tofu, pork chop, home made dumplings (deep fried or in soup). Snacks like hand crushed cucumber and thousand years egg & tofu are also good. Homemade soya bean milk is okay too. All items are inexpensive.

這間米線小店在馬鞍山紮根多年，主打雲南家常味道，陪伴不少街坊成長🕴🏻而我這個區外人，最近亦因為在YouTube上看到有影片介紹，而特意前來一試這間區內著名的街坊食堂🤔 ——————————————————————— 麻辣雞米線 $40 🌟🌟 光從外觀上看，麻辣雞似乎非常辛辣🌶️但入口辣度卻出乎意料的低😧大概只是五小辣的程度，反而是麻香味道較重😳雞肉炒得十分入味，但肉質非常乾柴，欠缺彈性👎🏻而且麻辣雞始終經辣椒油炒過，醬汁令整碗米線變得相當油膩🥴建議落單時可要求店家將麻辣雞另上，以免米線變得過度重口味😵‍💫 湯底方面是豬骨雞骨湯🐷🐔入口非常清淡，與連鎖米線店的濃味湯底截然不同🙅🏻是令人較為舒服，負擔較少的湯頭😇 酸菜肉米線 $40 🌟🌟🌟 酸菜肉份量相當充足，酸菜鹹酸程度適中😋即使是不太愛好吃酸的我也能接受👌🏻同時湯底亦因而添加了一份酸味，非常開胃🤗 雲南臭豆腐 $14 🌟🌟🌟🌟 臭豆腐也是這店的名物之一🤩相比起坊間小食店的臭豆腐，這裡的臭豆腐氣味較為輕淡，不算濃烈😃而所採用的豆腐亦不是一般所見的嫩滑豆腐，是種較為乾身結實，略帶咬口的豆腐🧐經過油炸後表面香脆，內裡十分實淨，非常有特色😎 ——————————————————————— 這間小店的食品味道質素雖然不是特別高，但能夠屹立多年，相信街坊吃的主要是情懷和回憶❣️
