Jumpin Gym U.S.A — Attraction in Hong Kong

I've taken my children to this location for years and even came with another adult to hang out & it has always been great. It's conveniently located at the Tai Po Fu Shin bus terminus.

They recently updated the large play area and many games. They now have an open party/group section and an electric race car course is in progress.

Some games are not functioning and many of the coin games only take electronic coins via the play card.

Queuing 1hr to buy tokens, finally bought the tokens to be told that there's only 20mins left of that session. Requested a refund (within 5mins of purchasing tokens), was told they don't refund. Kids had to wait another 40mins for the next session. Absolutely disgusting. Not helpful at all. As we didn't have a membership, it was $180 each. So expensive.

Asked how we can complain, they told us to call only. Walked away from reception and overheard staff laughing at my situation. Terrible...

The ball pit there is a paradise for children and toddlers, with a couple of play zones like the trampoline, ropes and soft slides.
