Juniverse — Attraction in Hong Kong

The playroom was quite disappointing, with the staff being arrogant and disrespectful. My child coughed once, and a staff member immediately came over and started vigorously wiping down my child's entire body, acting as if something serious had occurred. I was very upset by this overreaction, especially since my child had only been there for 5 minutes and was then told to leave. They even refused to provide a refund, saying I would need to change my child's clothes and bring them back. I will not be returning to this playroom again. It’s better for them to hire experienced staff rather than any random people who don’t have any experience handling situations like this. Anyway i let them keep the money as they need it...

Really disappointed. I made the deposit and got the confirmation from the shop about my reservation for party, however on the second day the shop told me that the timeslot was no longer available because the other customer from earlier session ask for extend to full day…I did ask for any valid reasons but they did not provide further explanation.

At that point of time I already sent out invitation to my guests so I had to work on alternatives with extra time and effort. The shop broke their word which really upsetting me and eventually I had to find another place...

Very small and very expensive ($129 for 1 adult and 1 child). The older children were enjoying it, but I don't think it's suitable for toddlers, as there's almost nothing for them to do if they're not confident on their feet yet, and the equipment is on the small side for parents accompanying their little ones through it. There's also no toilet facilities here (so no nappy changing). You'd have to leave and go to another floor. Overall, it's really overpriced...
