I came to the park for the first time to see the flower show. The park was not too big, so there were not many flowers on display. I saw roses, chrysanthemums and other unknown flowers scattered on the side of the road. The most outstanding is that there were two or three cherry blossom trees. It's a nice small park. There is a small gallery which contains some history of fisherman equipment and information of the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter. There is a lift recently installed which can take you to the South Horizons and Ap Lei Chau Estate and bus terminal.

A nice neighbourhood promenade that is good for an evening stroll or for the kids to run around. The boat ride from Aberdeen to Ap Lei Chau is definitely worth its money. This island is so well developed and there is little evidence of it fishing village origin.
