Shenzhen Concert Hall — Attraction in Shenzhen

Poorly managed. We arrived 10 minutes late and it took another two whole acts to get us seated. I guess the staff is too incompetent to tell when an act is complete. They never actually got us to our seats, they put us two levels higher than our actual seats, again due to the incompetence and inefficiency of the staff.

They asked to take my girlfriend's water bottle, which contained her medicine; without it she became nautious and almost vomited twice.

During the intermission my girlfriend had to drink some medicine and go grab a quick bite to eat in order to settle her stomach. In that time we called for the manager, but the staff told us that they couldn't summon the manager; then after about 20 more minutes a manager actually arrived.

Even the manager didn't seem to understand the difference between a beverage and medicine. They refused to refund our tickets and instead moved us to slightly better seats. They let us back in with just enough time to catch the last two acts.

The acoustics are pretty bad in this place, probably because it's an older theater, so if you do visit I'd recommend getting as close as you can.

All in all a terrible showing for the staff. The performances was good and the building is nice on the outside. With a little more attention to detail and compassion this could have been a fine venue.

Beautiful concert hall with a modern architecture. The location is conveniently located nearby the metro station and a large mall. Inside, the staff are friendly and welcoming.
