Booking: They were prompt responding to my inquiry email when the other quarantine hotels didn't even pick up their phone; EFFECTIVE communication, wasting no time of mine.
Checking in: SMOOTH, brief, with clear directions.
During the stay: PROS without fail, they ALWAYS answer my calls; even when it's 4-5 am local time. I'm actually surprised with their FOOD varieties and tastes. I just wish the portion can be bigger. my room is decent, clean with a VIEW I asked for coffee and tea, they delivered tea :)
CONS I noticed my floor and the room reeks of strong mildew upon arrival, I blasted the HVAC on high; the smell becomes more... tolerable on the 2nd day onward. I am, however, severely allergic to dust mites, so I am coughing myself awake every night...I should have brought my inhaler... Wi-Fi is NOT stabled; the ethernet port is for decorations only. BUT, I did managed to finish my daily business remotely with the internet they have available... International calls are not available no COFFEE :( I've been a coffee drinker for years!!! How can I start the day without coffee?! This is torture! I feel like I'm only 70% full when I finish my meal; and I'm a small, petite Asian woman. I can't imagine how hungry a big, grown man...
Read moreI I booked the hotel online almost about 11pmon 16th Jan which was supposed to be for 17th Jan but I accidentally input wrong date I.e 16th Jan but the hotel still send me the booking confirmation right after midnight which they never alert me of wrong date input! When I tried to call the hotel,there was no response and I couldn’t even modify my date onlin nor cancel my bookings! Not to mention they didn’t even tried to call us when the guest was no show!Like seriously when they already knew that,that guest hasn’t arrived and it’s a wrong day booking!And on 17th went to the hotel straight and explained them the situation however they easily refuse that we need to contact the online agent which is very unacceptable & unprofessional! And no refund case will be issued! That’s still ok we didn’t mind on that but how come they still send me the email asking about my stay to treasure hotel when I haven’t even stayed! And they also already knew that the guest is no show! Any hotel would alert their guest if they send booking for the same day after midnight!!!Unprofessional customer service! Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arriving after 2 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait 20 minutes. While the room itself had nice décor and a comfortable bed, the service issues quickly piled up. The advertised afternoon tea never materialized, and when we went for the free noodles, we were again asked to wait another 20 minutes. The biggest letdown was breakfast. The selection was limited, but worse, everything was cold, overly oily, and completely bland. The kitchen staff were unfriendly—when we asked for fresh milk (since the coffee machine was often empty), we were ignored. A staff member eventually refilled it but didn’t acknowledge us, not even in Chinese. The final straw was the airport shuttle.
