Update 2024, the building been sealed due to remodel. Billboard said it will be a hotel soon. People lived there been moved out. Building was belong to a Russian tea business man originally, rumor said he is a distance relative to the Russian Royal family. Whole building was triangle shape if you look from above. Wood materials been used extensively, original building has couple of ball rooms and bars but was been remodeled to fit resident need. Right now, it is more like a slum complex due to lack of the maintenance.
