Great place, easy access to local beaches and shopping malls. Weather at end of the year is just fabulous. All surroundings are extremely clean and well maintained. Facilities etc are rather new and in good condition. Easy to find basic food around.

厦门国际会议展览中心（Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center），简称厦门国际会展中心（XICEC），位于中国福建省厦门市，是集展览、会议、办公及商业服务等功能于一体的会展综合体，也是厦门市的标志性建筑之一。厦门国际会议展览中心由主场馆、厦门国际会展酒店、厦门国际会议中心、厦门海峡大剧院四部分组成，其中主场馆及会展酒店于1998年10月1日动工兴建，于2000年8月竣工，于2000年9月8日投入使用。厦门国际会议中心及酒店于2008年9月8日投入使用。厦门海峡大剧院于2018年12月21日开工建设，于2019年11月19日投入使用。 2023年7月，厦门国际会展中心D馆（会展五期）使用。截至2023年12月，厦门国际会议展览中心主场馆及会展酒店占地面积50万平方米，总建筑面积50万平方米。厦门国际会议中心总建筑面积14万平方米。厦门海峡大剧院总建筑面积9.2万平方米。
