Alcalá Nueva Autopista Park — Attraction in Bogota, Capital District

A very big open space in the middle of an urban neighborhood, this park is huge. The grass is clean and the spaces to sit and relax are well kept too. The kids play area is good as well. It's a really nice area in the north of Bogota. I kind of wish I could live around this park. It doesn't have much to do like other big parks in Bogota but that is comprehensible because it is not intended to attract lots of people. Nice public park. They have public space exercise equipment and the park, as most in Colombia, is dog friendly.

Is a nice and rather safe place for walking and exercise. There is a tiny police station or CAI at the south east corner, which gives more safety. I hope you never need it, specially if you're a tourist and read this.
