Es una de las zonas verdes mas antiguas de la ciudad, ubicado entre la calle 29 y la calle 30 (calle real) que son calles muy transitadas y un poco ruidosas. Hace varias décadas se trasladó allí una escultura denominada "Los leones" que se hallaba en una fuente en la intersección de la calle 30 con la carrera 20 (el desarrollo urbano la desplazó). Ha sido remodelado y se le ha invertido mucho dinero muchas veces porque cae en el deterioro por le deficiente o casi nulo mantenimiento. No es muy seguro porque transitan y duermen allí algunos indigentes. No es tan agradable sentarse en este parque por esa razón, pues no hay...
