Manga neighborhood has an assortment of worthy sushi staple restaurants. KOI-KOI Cocina has inviting waitresses, and a pretty upbeat atmosphere, with an outside raised patio. Decent place for the money.
I went with a local Medellin brewery called 3 Cordilleros (3 mountain ranges) Mulato (dark amber ale). Decent finish and low IBUs.
Main entree was a combination of 5 Fuan roll bites, 5 Imperial koi koi bites, 5 Angel hair (crab + avoc) bites, 5 Ika roll bites (crab + veggie), and 4 tempura shrimp. This was complimented with (2) 400 ml Postobon soft drinks or water if desired, all for about $25 USD. The rolls were decent with moist rice and texture. We also had fairly good servings of Wasabi mustard and fermented radish.

Prices are good, we got 4 very complex (each had several items and most had tempora lobster and/or fried) rolls for about $25us. Digital menu can be confusing since prices are not listed but at least they have pictures. And if you are asking for prices at a sushi place with 5 stars you should probably find a different food choice. Only complaint is that we came an hour before closing and were denied beer since "closing soon", had to wear masks while we waited for our food (since we had no drinks), and the food took an hour to make. All in all, either come early and enjoy the atmosphere with a drink while you wait or else get it to go. Even to go the rolls...
