Sendero Ecoturístico — Attraction in Cundinamarca

Lovely walking path towards Tomine Lake. On the way, there are lots of beautiful wild flowers and a handful of local wild birds. It seems there are always walkers, mostly families with children or couples walking dogs, very popular with bikers, but you'll find them at the end of the path as you could also reach it by car or motorbike following the same road / street that you take by foot at the start of the walk, very useful info if you're less able to take the walk but want to see the Tomine...

Muy bien cuidado-La 'naturaleza es su atractivo~El embalse es una agua muy linda y clarita, muy grande y hermoso paisaje. Que belleza totales, y además los veleros por ahí hacen de la vista sea increíble. Perfecto para ir con el novi@-esposa-;familia niños, Ahí en esa parte me quede mucho tiempo admirando tanta belleza. Very well maintained-Nature is its attraction~The reservoir is very beautiful and clear water, very large and beautiful landscape. Un sendero con varios atractivos visuales, agradable para una caminata corta, mucho más tranquila entre semana, desafortunadamente con mala proyección pues no hay avisos informativos, no se aclara que el cuerpo de agua al frente se trata del Embalse de Tominé, o que hablen datos interesantes de las zonas, pueblo etc; el visitante se está llevando información errónea. La leyenda del dorado es un asunto de nuestro pasado precolombino que según hallazgos arqueológicos (algunos expuestos en el museo del oro, Reserva Laguna del cacique Guatavita), textos de libros históricos entre otros datos, se celebraban con rituales indígenas en algunas lagunas escogidas previamente y no en el embalse del Tominé como algunos visitantes imaginan por estar a bordes del pueblo de Guatavita o "Punta de la sierra / Camino al fin de la labranza" llamada así por nuestros ancestros a la capital religiosa de...
