It didn't live up to expectations, what with the massive crowds. Also, stepping in the water is prohibited.. you can only swing your feet in it - big downer. It's nice to have a place like this in the city, it's a good idea: sand, water, plants? In the midst of buildings downtown? If only it felt and looked as nice as it sounds.

Nice place to hang out a bit, it has not big entertainment, I guess it was designed to chill out and to relax, you definitely have to walk through it with your bare feet, put your feet inside the water and then walk, that's the reason why it is called pies descalsos, so, don't miss the chance. It's a must see in Medellín

Basically not a park. It's a green space located in rpm business plaza which has apparently become a tourist attraction. Here you will interact with 3 different elements. Water, sand and the woods. Tour guide advised us to go bare foot to connect with nature. There are 2 modern food places in the rpm building

Nice place to relax. Less vendors than most places. The traditional walk throughout the place is a trip. If you eat at the far left restaurant in the park's promenade, don't have their Azteca soup... it sucks and has nothing Azteca about it.

Also known as Barefoot Park. Built by EPM who's headquarters is across the street from the park. A tranquil place to mediate or just relax. It has pol where you can go in barefoot after walking in a large sand box.
