Zacatecas Bolivariana mexican restaurant stands up to its reviews. No idea how you could leave a negative review here. I travel the world full time so i know what good food is!

I ordered a chicken fajita with a salad.

The salad had avocado and other veggies with a nice hint of pineapple flavour. The fajita was soft and loaded with chicken, bacon, corn, and cheese! Very delicious and filling. 😋 💯

The price was worth the value I received in food and service and wasn't expensive.

The atmosphere was pretty cool and bright with tons of seating options and just the right volume of music with lots of lighting.

I would highly recommend and return again 💯

I ordered four different types of tacos, and they were among the worst I've ever had. The tortillas looked appealing but were incredibly stale, tearing apart after a single bite. By the last taco, they were so brittle I had to use a fork because the meat kept falling out. It felt like they were used straight from the package without being cooked or fried. The sauces were mediocre, mostly sweet, and lacked any standout flavor—I’d love to see at least one spicy option. The meat was dry and nearly flavorless, and the cilantro and onions were equally bland. Even the limes were dry and had almost no juice. It’s disappointing, especially at 9,900 pesos per taco. I don't understand how this place has a 5 star rating! If you’re Mexican or from LA, go...

I had tacos and they were really good. I wish I could have given this a higher rating because the food was good. But it took a very long time to get the food and the restaurant wasn't even half full. Only 1 table out of 5 had their food. Also I didn't even get limes with my tacos, I had to ask for them. Limes should always come with the tacos as a standard. I was given 1 napkin, that is not enough for eating tacos. The hot sauce wasn't very spicy, I know colombia isn't a spicy food place, but other restaurants in medellin have way hotter sauce.
