Amazing! One of the best things I did in Costa Rica. The lady at reception was very nice and generous. It costs 6 dollars per person. There is space to park your car. We walked down the trail which takes about 20 mins. It was a bit muddy because it had been raining a lot, but otherwise it was easy. Swimming in the river was amazing and they had rubber rings tied to some trees with rope for safe swimming. The water is beautiful. We were the only ones there.

Absolute must. The trail is long and difficult but you get wonderful views of Rio Celeste and the opportunity to swim in it is magestic. Luckily we went when nobody else was there. It was beautiful. The water is deep at points but plenty of rocks to stand on. Current is mild but I'd be cautious

A kind and generous lady kindly explained how to reach the water. We had the river all to ourselves, such a hidden gem 💎There are a few flotation donuts available for safety, which was a nice touch.

First, this is a trailhead to a world-class swimming hole and not a mirador. The trail is maintained by ma, pa and their two grown up hijos. Fee to hike is $6/per head...cheap by CR trail fee standards. You park in their front yard. Trail is 20 to 30 minutes with 300 foot vertical over the 1 km trail. There are 4 or 5 steep pitches but la familia has placed sturdy, vinyl coated cable rails everywhere they are needed. Mama will loan you a broom handle hiking stick if you smile and ask her nicely! When you first see the river you will say there's no way to swim in churning rapids, but hike to trail end and you'll see the swimming hole complete with a small changing...

Amazing place to visit and swim in Rio Celeste! Path and Tarzan swing are very well taken care of and felt very safe. You can tell the family that runs it takes a lot of pride in the property. There were even inflated tethered tubes at the swimming hole so we could float in the river. This was wonderful bc there is a strong current that made us a bit nervous for our younger kids and we were there all by ourselves which was amazing!...
