It's 10 minutes by taxi boat from Hvar. For 50 kunas in 2021) you get a chance to have a round trip to Jerolim or even to Carpe Diem and back to Hvar. First boat from Hvar departs about 9 am and then another taxi boat departs every 20 minutes (except when the boat is full). After arriving at Jerolim, you take 5 minutes path to the beach. Indeed the beach welcomes nudists, but you can also enjoy the sun wearing your swimsuit. There is a bar with snacks and cold beverages. You can rent a wooden folding bed and umbrella (costs 40 kunas per person or more if you add umbrella). The main beach is rocky, but pebbles are quite smooth. You will enjoy the sun, and crystal clear waters in the bay. Near the rocky edges of the bay you can watch underwater life of fishes. Sea urchins are not located near the entrance to the sea. I happened to be there in September, so the beach was not crowded as the small beaches in Hvar. I can recommend for those who are willing to escape from crowded and loud...

Jerolim is an official naturist island (since 1896 so the notice says). Unfortunately it is the nearest beach to Hvar by water taxi so it's full of textiles. How sad is that ? As British naturists we enjoyed it anyway - perhaps we encouraged a few of the faint hearted to try it. We had a pleasant walk around the island in the rather rocky paths, had a swim, and then a drink at the Al fresco bar under the trees. All au naturel. PS good anchoring in the bays both N and S. Good holding clear of the weed. Some swell from the big ferries on the N side, but they stop later and we had a...

Beautiful island, chilled atmosphere with a hippy vibe beach bar. Nice choice if you are looking to get away from the crowds of main beaches on Hvar. However, if you are a true nudist, be mindful that most people unfortunately wear swim suits and will be staring at you if you wander around naked. Most naturists stay away on the rocks or in the bushes which is a pity because there is a huge sigh "nudists welcome" as you enter the place. Also, most nudists are men above 50 so if you are in your early thirties, and are female it can get a little...

Nice beach, take a water taxi from Hvar to get there. Taxis leave approximately every 20 min from key side. It's a clothing optional island, the beach facing away from Hvar is nude only! The beach facing Hvar is mixed, but if naked / topless people are not your thing -> go somewhere else. The beach is rocky and stony, definitely bring water shoes if you plan to go in. You can rent beds & matts at the little beach cafe (40 kuna / day for a bed & matt. The island is covered with pine trees and there are little nooks and rock crops to set up your sun bed.

Heaven on Earth? No, just a little island in Croatia. You can go there by a taxi boat from Hvar. The water is so bright blue and clear, the forest surrounding the beaches quiet and charming and there are not many people, fortunately. The best thimg is that the whole island is naturist friendly and you can be naked everywhere, but some people still had their swimsuits on. The island is small, but big enough so you can find a secret spot only for yourself. Yep, this place really is heaven on Earth.
