I'm giving this 5 stars because it is a beautiful place with an unmatched collection of ceramic pharmacy vessels...and surprisingly, it is an active pharmacy as they had a little box that they were selling basics like ibuprofen out of (love the quirkiness of Cuba!). However, if you are expecting a real museum with lots of information, this is not it...it could be, but sadly it is just a well-preserved store. Perhaps one day when more investment floods into Cuba, they will do more with this place, but then, that would not be the real Cuba, would it? An exception is this lovely little nugget, lovingly restored and maintained, with relics of old fashioned pharmacy and medicine.
