visiting aarhus u might want to visit this museum for antiek art. they expose chalk copies of famous Greek and Roman art. the museum is often visited by art students to practice their drawing skills. in the basement there is a great exibition on "passing to the other side" and trade routes in the Roman empire. though Denmark was never part of that empire though they found coins around here of that empire. intresting to walk through, takes about 1 hrs.

Nice free exhibition with some fun creative setpieces in the basement time limited exhibit. Lots of beautiful sculpture replica and historical information to pry at the memories from school that you thought you had forgotten. Recommended visit for any fans of...

Min oplevelse af museet bør nok tages med en gran salt på grund af det følgende:

  1. Jeg studere oldtidskundskab, så alt her er oppe i min boldgade.
  2. Jeg var der udenfor reguler åbningstid til et privat arrangement med andre "klassiske" studerende fra hele landet.

Når det så er sagt, så tag endeligt gerne derhen. Langt størstedelen af samlingen er ganske vist kopier, men du kommer stadig til at opleve flere glimrende og fantastiske skulpturer i naturlig størrelse her. Hvis du vil se originalerne skal du enten til Grækenland, England eller Tyskland for at opleve dem.

Når det så er sagt, så er der også potteskår, og samlingen favner bredt. Du kan opleve både græsk, romersk, egyptisk og Etruktisk kultur...
