Temporary exhibition whilst work is being done. So much information 🤯 it's hard to take it all in. Although the guides informed us that the we started at the back of the room & came back towards the entrance/ exit ( original entrance would have been at the opposite end of this room) it was easy enough to see where it started, 'Start' signs helped! There was a good video to begin, but there seemed to be no obvious order to the rest of the exhibit. Some people went clockwise whilst others didn't & it wasn't always apparent where to go next. Maybe it didn't really matter, but as many of these events had specific dates, it may have made some sense to guide people around chronologically...so much information it's hard enough to take it all in but you're then trying to remember what you might have read previously although it happened later 🤔 Shame that more of the Congress Hall couldn't be seen. I hope some day we'll be able to come back & see the results of the current works.

In general if a person is interested in this part of history he will not learn anything new. For people whoa re less informed it is very educational. Cool things are some artifacts that are kept there like the tape recordings from the Nürnberg trials or an original Mein Kampf from 1939, propaganda posters and interesting pictures from that period of the city and area. Also in some of the rooms interesting movies are projected with authentic video material (propaganda mostly). Audio tour guide are very helpful since almost everything is in German. The only thing about it is the audio machine itself it's not like in other German museums with headphones, but more like an old phone that you have to hold near your ear - I found that a bit non convinient when watching a 15 min movie in one of the rooms. There is a paid parking at the building and a free one next ot Zepelin tribune (10-15 min walking distance).

If you really love history and are fluent in German-> Go there, If not.. think twice or even three times about going It is interesting, but I've seen better museums that display stuff better and made it more interesting, like in D.C, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, that was like a 5 stars for me They provide you the audioguide.. but it pretty much translate whats written on the board for you = a waste of time if you are a fast reader. So i totally lost interest there (its actually was a 1 star for me) FYI, entrance fee is €6 for adult and €1.5 for student .: bring your student card if you are one Good free toilet Parking is available at the property with the charge of €4 ***** (i think thats a bit too pricey) Alternatively, you can park at the area around for less cost i supposed Well, I am just not the biggest fan of history and it was just way too slow and overwhelming for me. Unless you have a lot of spare time to kill, go somewhere else;)

I think it's a best place where you can learn about Hitler and Germany during his rule. They have Audio devices which explain about each incident from scratch. These devices are available in different languages. People who have keen interest in the History during the Hitler's rule must visit this place. They have certain sections with assigned numbers and you have to click the number on the audio device for that section to hear more about it. Meanwhile you can have a look at the pictures, posters and videos of that section for better understanding. It might take a good long hours if you want to understand each part of it in detail otherwise you can skip few parts and continue. There is a also a small cafeteria and washroom facility inside the Documentation center.

Heavy stuff, but super enlightening. I can’t imagine how crowded it would be on a busy day, but my party and I were able to take our time and not feel crowded. I recommend several breaks for fresh air like me if stuff like this can weigh you down. Several tours walked through while we observed, read, contemplated, interact with displays, and processed all this information ℹ️. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, it is alright to not know something. We are all here to learn. Time should be taken if distractions tend to be a problem, because I have issues staying still at all moments. There is a lot to take in and it’s easy to miss things. Take pictures, ask questions, and be willing to listen 🎧 👂 .

Excellent museum focusing on the Nazi Party rallies held in Nuremberg. Located in the partially built Nazi Party congress hall (it gives a good impression of the size the full building would have been). The exhibits are very well presented and the audio guide presents a good description of the exhibits. One highlight was the film clip and technical information about Leni Riefenstahl's movie Triumph of the Will, how it was filmed, what it was designed to show. Our visit was longer than I expected because the museum was so interesting. After visiting you can walk through what's left of the rally grounds, it gives you a sense of scale.
